July Journal Prompts
For July; we’ve focussed on self-worth and intrinsic motivation. As we reach the 6 month-mark of 2024, we may want to re-align our goals and reflect on what’s helped us so far.

By expressing thoughts and feelings in a journal, we can gain clarity, insight, and perspective on our lives, and develop a more positive and resilient mindset.
However, the blank page can feel pretty daunting so we’ve started collating monthly lists of daily prompts.
This is 100% just. a. guide. In it’s essence, journalling is a time to really dive into your thoughts (or paddle in them if you like), and any time taken attempting this is beneficial.

July 3rd: Think about one thing you achieved in your past: Has it shaped who you are today?
July 4th: What are three things I am grateful for right now? Try to think beyond your ‘usual three’.
